I do--LOVE them! Such a great tool to have! I have used Young Living for over 10 years; my family loves them. I use them on my clients too. Feel free to FM me if you have questions.

I do. Fm me with any questions you may have. I use young living but have branched out to some other brands. I like natures gift too. Be careful with the MLM companys like young living and do terra. Their oils are a lot more money but their marketing is great so it draws you in.

Also I cannot stand the uneducated people who sell and promote oils for infants or for internal use. If you're looking to get into oils please join a Facebook group called using essential oils safely. There is SO much misinformation and some of it is extremely dangerous.

Doterra is an amazing brand... I would say either Doterra or Young Living are the two top brands in the essential oil business.

I second the FB Group Using Essential Oils Safely. The moderator is great and very knowledgeable.

Make sure any company you buy from has a certified aromatherapist on staff and properly labels their oils with both the common and Latin names. From the site learningabouteos.com -"Latin names do matter - Lavender is another example of an essential oil with different species. If you’re looking to relieve a headache, Lavandula latifolia (Spike Lavender) is the one you want, where Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) is best used for its antispasmodic effects. If you have epilepsy, you’ll want to avoid Lavandula latifolia, where Lavandula angustifolia is a safe choice."

I love Plant Therapy oils. They are a great company with super customer service. Their December sales events are a good time to pick up some starter sets.

I have been looking into essential oils. What are the best ones to calm you down? When I lose my patience what is the best one to bring me back down? Thank you.

Yes I use them. If you are just getting started out check out edensgarden.com they have some great starter kits at a great price and they send you pamphlet with different ways to use them. Nothing beats young living oils though in my opinion I just can't afford them right now Chat Icon

There is so much you can do, use them topically, put them in capsules and ingest, use them in a diffuser. It depends what issues you are having but definitely do you research. Some oils are medicinal grade and can have adverse effects if used improperly...

Thanks! I will look into it. I have a condition that causes severe inflammation in my body and I can't take Motrin anymore
