Escrow fees
I closed lasted year and just realized that title company was holding money in escrow for the restoration fee which goes towards my taxes.
My attorney was paid her fee plus an escrow fee at the time of closing. Now, the title company send the money to my attorney and she sent it me minus a $250 fee for escrow.
My question is do I need to pay her again for escrow? I'm confused she did not have the money in escrow the title company did.
