you can;t open the corkscrew until you get the clue toopen it.
Use the hole card with the phone
check the diary for clues

As far as I remember the coaster doesn't mean anything.
You can't open the corkscrew until you get teh clue that tells you to open the corkscrew...this involves using some of items you haven't used already, or havent filly used...cloth, icepick, glassware

Click on the cleaning cloth and just click where you want to clean
