Enhanced Driver License
Does anyone have one?
I have to make the switch from SC to NY  and I didn't know if it is worth the extra money.
My dad has the enhanced one because he has a CDL and some other type of license but it is required for his job.

My kids have the non driver enhanced ID, we use it when we cruise so we do not have bring there BC.. I don't have mine yet.

When we move and need to get a new license, I think I'm gonna get it. Just seems to make life easier when traveling...I'm all for that LOL

That's what I read online but other than my dad - I really didn't know anyone else who had one.

I was considering one. But doesn't it only work in Canada and the Carribbean?
I don't think it's good to use in Europe so I don't really see a big deal behind it.
Still may get it, not sure yet.

I'd only get it if you plan on traveling to Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean by car or by cruise ship.
It can not be used for air travel, you still would need a passport.
So unless you are going to be doing a lot of traveling by car or ship to those 3 areas, I would not bother.

We don't have passports. We have no plans to travel to Europe/Asia etc anytime soon (I am scared of flying).
