Elder Care Attorney
My FIL suffered a major stroke and is currently in ICU recovering. We need to apply for Medicaid for rehab service and possibly assisted living. Has anyone gone through this? Any Advice. Thanks!

I'm so sorry for what you're going through.
I haven't gone through anything like that. But we used Brian Tully in Huntington for wills and estate planning. I know he also does Elder Care law. His number is 631-424-2800.

I also was going to recommend Brian Tully in Huntington. Many people in my office refer their clients to him.

Yes...we went through this with my father 2 years ago. We used Felicia Pasculli in Bay Shore: 631.665.7400.
I have recommended to others and she's been very good.
Best of luck...it's a tough situation to be in.

In Suffolk County call thr Senior Citizen unit of thr legal aid society. In Nassau County call the Senior Citizen law Project at Nassau/Suffolk Law Services. Both are free for income eligible people.
