EJ met a REAL WITCH today while trick or treating!
So DH took the day off and late afternoon we started trick or treating in our neighborhood.
We stopped at a house, an older lady came out all mad with a little bag of candy. She looked at me up and down. Yes, I rang her door bell. DS is too short. I was holding DS pumking candy holder. DS was in his buggy car in his costume.
Then she goes all bitter "does he even know what this is about?".
What is wrong with people? He is 16 months. He is too young trick or treat by himself. He is still allowed to have fun.  
Luckily everybody said how cute he was. And DH and I had fun creating memories for our family.

I would have snap back at her and said "do you?.. obviously not with that attitude, keep your candy you old hag", and walked away. 
I hate mean people.

Well said!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had my 5 month old out today...yes, Mommy and Daddy will eat the candy...but we had lots of fun!
