Eddiesmommy - How was the cupcake class?
How was the cupcake class you held at your house last night??
I was really considering filling one of those empty spots yesterday. I was thisclose to calling DH and asking if he minded if I joined you (assuming you still had a spot to fill).
How was it? Did you learn some good tricks? Did you all have a ton of laughs??

It was a lot of fun!
Learned some really good tricks, minus rose making  which I believe we all completely failed at. We definitely laughed A LOT!

It was SO much fun. A lot of laughs. Lisa, the teacher was really cool, so sweet and REALLY patient.
We used different tip to learn to make leaves, flowers and HAHA - attempt to learn to do roses!
She even brought fondant and we made Calla Lillys with them!
We are going to do it again in December and do a gingerbread house baking class with her!
I have pics that Ill have to post tonight when I get home.

Oh good!! Sounds like a lot of fun.
How long was the class?
ETA: Do you need a big kitchen to host? Or even a dining room to work out of?

It was about 2 hours.
I had 10 of us, including the instructor and I have a fairly small kitchen...I think like 6 stood around the table and the other 4 were along the counter. I think it was a good size group for her to manage and be able to teach.
