Ebay vent...
I sold something on Ebay, and I had not received payment yet. Its been over 10 days and my policy on the auction was payment due within 7 days of winning the auction.
I tried 4 times to get in touch with the buyer...not response...so I put in a non-payment claim to Ebay. Hmmm funny that as soon as I do this, I get payment from the buyer.
Her excuse for not paying...she was out of town. Well, you shouldnt have bid on something that ended whie you were away....
I just think its a BS excuse because i checked her other auctions and she won others after mine, and paid them after mine...

Re: Ebay vent...
you need to put in for a Unpaid Item dispute on ebay - go to your "My Ebay, sold items" next to the item you sold there is a pull down - Looks Unpaid Item dispute.
File a Dispute - wait for a comeback from the buyer - you need 7 days until you can get your money back from the auction listing and then relist the item. I have had two non payers since november. It is very frustrating
