Ebay disbute question
I'm a MORON!!! Ok I've finally come to realize that I paid for something over a year ago and never recieved the merchandise. I believed this seller as her product was VERY POPULAR!!
She emailed a lot of us and told us how far behind she was and that shipping timme would be much longer than expected. I paid in 2/07. The last email I got was in 4/07 from her saying it was coming soon. Then she shut down her eay store and said the last of the orders would be sent out soon.
Had my 3rd child in May '07 and never followed up. I'm out $112.00.
Is it too late to do something with Ebay? TIA!
Again I knw I'm such an idiot!

You may be out of luck, but I'd definitely follow-up, send a letter to ebay.

Yes I paid with Paypal. Does that help my matter?? I can't believe I only thought about it today! I actually went back to Paypal to find the transaction so I could get the dates, money paid and auction #.

Find the payment you made on Paypal. Click on Details then click on Resolution Center and go from their...
I'm not sure how long you have but you can try...
