ebates question
I use ebates a lot and for some reason, it's very rare that the cash back posts on it's own. I think that has happened twice out of the many times I've ordered through ebates. I constantly have to contact them to check my tickets and credit me the money. Does anyone else have this issue?

I've had to contact them a few times & they have always answered quickly. To be honest I havent kept up on it so I'm sure I am missing one or 2 here or there.

YES! I check on mine a bunch and I always seem to have to request the $$. It gets credited quickly, but it's annoying that I have to keep on top of it.

Exactly! I had to ask them to check 5 tickets today - most from 4/1 - 4/5, but some from last week. They didn't even email me back about the ones from last week, so I am hoping they will check them soon. It's so frustrating.

I thought that they usually don't credit the money until the return policy of the store runs out to make sure that you don't buy something, and them return it right away and get the ebates points. Most stores have a return policy of at least 30 days.
