ebates question
I just joined two days ago and started shopping right away.
Toys r us, kohls, personalization mall, etc.
I am using the links via ebates but it is not showing up anywhere. Does it take a few days just to show up? How does this work?

I had an issue with ebates points crediting to my account so I contacted customer service. and WOW. They were awesome. Within a couple of hours they got back to me saying they got my request and were looking into it. They didn't want me to have to wait for my points so they were crediting them right away while they were doing their investigation. I thought that was great service.

They don't always post. If they dont you can send a message to customer support. Go into your account and select the "where's my cash" option that will help you generate the message.
They usually respond fairly quickly and credit your account.
