Eating bad while ttc
I feel like since we have been trying I have kind of been eating bad. I think subconsciously I think that I hopefully will be preggo in the near future so a little something here and there isn't bad. I always decide tomorrow I will be good and it never happens. Maybe it's partially a consolation because I get upset after my BFN's or when AF arrives. I don't know I have always been health conscience and now I feel like I have not been at all. I dropped bad stuff like caffeine and tuna and stuff like that but fatty foods is a different story. Is anyone in the same boat?

oh yeah!! Defintiely in your boat! My intentions are good but it's the constant.. eh, maybe Ill get a BFP so this treat wont be a big deal. Then I get a BFN and console myself with a treat lol.

2 cycles ago I made brownies as soon as AF came because I felt like I deserved to eat a box of brownies!

yes the candy was the one thing I really need to stay away from since quitting smoking the chocolate bars and Dots are screaming my name out LISA eat me
