Re: easy bruschetta recipe?
I used this recipe but I added red onion to it and I would sprinkle parm cheese on top.

Re: easy bruschetta recipe?
Here's mine that I've perfected over the years. Super easy.
1 can diced tomatoes, drained. (1 lb., 12oz.) 5 basil leaves, chopped 1 tbsp & 1 tsp of balsamic vinegar 3 tbsp olive oil 2 cloves of garlic, chopped oregano, salt, and pepper to taste
Combine all ingrediants in a bowl, mix well. Store covered in fridge for at least 2 hours (best if left overnight).

Re: easy bruschetta recipe?
Heyy! I kind of combined these two recipes and it was a major hit! Thanks again. I'm making them for new year's too!
