Yummy and Easy Shrimp recipe
A friend of ours is trying to break into the catering business so we go there often and she cooks us all these new things to try. The other day she made an awesome shrimp dish.
Uncooked shrimp, wrap a piece of salami around it..hold in place with a toothpic...then marinate it in italian dressing for about 20 minutes. You can cook them on the BBQ or..she cooked them right on the George Forman grill (we had other food on the big bbq) for about 5-6 minutes. They were sooooooo good!!!

I think I'm going to love this!!! Shrimp is my fav and I love salami!!! And, it sounds too easy!!!! Thanks for posting this.
