Easter outfit for boys
Are you doing long or short sleeves? Late April seems to be fair game for short-sleeves, but god knows with the weather lately!

We are doing long sleeve. I don't think late April they will be to hot in longsleeves.

Luke's wearing a long sleeve button down shirt.
Elizabeth always wears a sweater over her dress on Easter. The weather is never right, although last year was beautiful.

Is this too boring for Easter?
Ryan wore it awhile ago with khakis to a baptism and then it went on sale and I bought the 4T so someday, Colin could wear the one Ryan wore once, and Ryan would have the matching one.
Too dull? Would love to utilize by advance purchase item!

I was thinking of dressing it down with dark denim jeans and brown shoes.

Right, I remember having them in short sleeved RL button ups last year - and outside comfortably.

We plan on staying inside and not eating on the deck so weather isn't too much of a factor, DS will be wearing short sleeves and DD's dress has no sleeves. I'll have a cardi for her and they will wear jackets in the car.

Definitely short sleeves. He'll be running around with the other kids and sweating so its definitely short sleeves. I always do layers, even for Christmas.

There is a big outdoor egg hunt at my uncle's - so we will be outside for a bit.

Right, I remember having them in short sleeved RL button ups last year - and outside comfortably.
As soon as I posted, I looked up at a picture of her from last Easter at the Brooklyn Botanical Garden in a sleeveless dress with no sweater over. But I KNOW the sweater was in my diaper bag.
As far as the shirts, they're fine. How exciting do boys clothes get, really?? Luke's button down is pink (to coordinate with his sister). On Good Friday he'll wear the blue one.

I got the standard button down, tie and sweater vest ..........normally I boycott the sweater vest, but this one was too cute to resist.
I usually roll his sleeves so he doesn't look oh so formal ........

Short sleeves. I just hate buying something for a 1 time use. I figure short sleeves they can use all summer. they can wear jackets if we go outside.
