Easter Menus!!!!!
What's everyone making?
My MIL is making lasagna, but my mom wants a meat suggestion and I can't thing=k of anything different!
Recommend your main meat dish BESIDES lamb and ham.....

do u want stuffed mushrooms? i wont screw these up I promise
also--we can bring antipasto (full of Brooklyn goodies)...let me know

LOL, I just sent Daddy an email telling him I was making antipasto, prosciutto wrapped asparagus, baked brie, scalloped potatoes and a salad!
You can do the mushrooms and bring the bread!

I would love a ham/lamb free Easter dinner, but my Mom insists. She got mad at my BIL for making a lasagna last year. I would love a red meat option, perhaps a Filet Mignon or even a roast beef. I even begged her to throw a London Broil in the broiler. No dice.
