Early Ovulation?

Hi ladies!
I tend to ovulate too early. I detect the LH surge on day day 10. Has any of you achieved pregnancy with early ovulation, because I hear it's more difficult to become pregnant this way....?????

I disagree- as long as your LP (the number of days between your O and your AF) is more than 10 days- you should be fine.

I have only heard that people with short LP have trouble, not ones with long lps- which is what it would appear that you have

I have never heard that. They say the average is day 14, but some people ovulate earlier and some later. If you got a + on day 10, you will probably ovulate on day 11 or 12, which is perfectly normal.

ETA: one of my good friends ovulates early too, within a few days of AF ending and she is PG with her second child (both conceived with no problems)

I hope that you ladies are right.... But my acupuncturist told me that if you ovulate before day 13, it makes it difficult for the sperm to penetrate the egg, because the egg's shell is too hard...

I have never heard of this either and although I am not a doctor I am a big researcher and I google pretty much everything and I have never heard of this either. Definitely check with your doctor.
