earliest ovulation
This might be a stupid question, but I'm fairly new at this so I haven't ever temped or used OPKs so i don't really know when i ovulate. So what is the earliest someone with a 28 day cycle can ovulate? This month, i'd like to just BD every other day but i do wanna make sure we start BD'ing early enough in the cycle so that we don't miss a possible ovulation.
For those who BD every other day, what CD do you start?

im not certain about this, but they say that an average LP length is 12-16 days. so if you have a 16 day LP that means you would ovulate on CD 12....but you want to try to dtd before ovulation too. Ive read that sperm can live for up to 5 days in ideal conditions which would technically mean to start on CD 7
i could be completely off about this though...i would suggest using an opk for a month or two to learn your cycle

With a 28 day cycle, if you have a perfect 14-day LP you will ovualate on day 14. If I were you, I'd try to BD days 10, 12, 14, 15, 16, 18. You'll be covered.

I would start BDing around CD 7/8and try to go every other day (at least) til CD 20.

My OB said for a typical cycle start on day cycle day 9 or 10 and BD every other day for a week and a half.

Crashing.
Not a stupid question. A "normal" LP is about 11-16 days. With a 28-day cycle, that means you can ovulate btw CD 11-17.
