Ear Pits...Better Explained Now :)
Does anyone else's DS or DD have them?
It's easier for me to show what Im talking about better than explain it...

Caden's is inside the helix and the pediatrician has never seen it like that before.

I knew someone was going to ask this...
Where the upper part of your ear meets your head some people are born with a "pit". It kind of looks like it's pierced..(thats what the pit looks like.)

My daughter has one.. the ped isn't concerned about it at all... and she has no other problems

No not at all...His is actually inside the helix so you cant see it. I was cleaning his ears and noticed it. I just have check it from time to time and make sure that it doesnt look infected.

freaked me out too  But she's 3 now its just something thats there that's all
