Re: dye free foods

We dont eat foods or drinks with dyes and preservatives. I shop at stop & shop and trader joes. Its very easy to avoid. If you are looking for hard to find items like all natural food coloring try wild by nature.

I also shop at Trader Joe's and Whole Foods, most of their foods (if not all) are free of artificial coloring and preservatives. I think I've eaten food dyes or artificial preservatives maybe twice since I had DS 2 years ago. it's very easy to shop for, look for foods that aren't colored, or organic foods. I also read every single label, and if there are things I can't pronounce or don't know what they are I look them up on my phone, even in organic foods. There are a lot of sneaky ingredients added.
