Starting table foods dairy free

DS is 9 months and I want to start introducing table foods after I double check with the ped at his appt next week.
I'm so overwhelmed though. So far he has only had jarred and pouch organic foods stages 1,2, and 3.
DS also is very sensitive to dairy. I BF and I eat dairy and that doesn't seem to bother him at all but when he eats foods with even a little dairy in it he instantly breaks out in eczema all over is face and neck and starts crying.

SO here is my question... what table foods did you start off for each meal and snacks if your child is dairy free?

Re: Starting table foods dairy free

are you asking for dairy alternatives or foods to start in general?

I fed my DD whatever I was eating most of the time. just steamed it so it was really tender for her to eat. Chop up in small pieces.

Im not familiar with diary alternatives but if your looking for protein, calcium & vitamin A maybe some broccoli or spinach cooked real well so its tender and easy for baby to chew. Goggle for sites on how to make baby food and which foods are rich in calcium. I steamed my DD food at that age.
