Dumb question....
How do you...."touch/check" your cervix?

That's not a dumb question! I'm not sure exactly how to answer it though. They only thing I can think to say is that you basically just reach up & check the position. The basic idea is that it will be higher, softer & more open right before O & after O it will be lower, closed & more firm. Also, you can check the opening of your cervix to see what type of CM you have. I HTH. Sorry I can't explain it better!

Not a dumb question at all.
What I do is I put one foot up on the bathtub. Sort of like a Cpt. Morgan commercial. Then I insert two fingers (my middle and my index finger).
I don't know how to describe how the cervix feels, maybe someone can help me here lol, sort of like feeling a bubbly type thing. Sometimes hard like the tip of your nose and sometimes soft like your lips. God I hope I didn't confuse you more.
