Dumb charting question

I have been using the Ovulation calculators on babycenter.com and babyzone.com, for the past few months. Since something wacky happened with AF last month, (came earlier than was supposed to) do I input the new date into the calculators? And do I use the date that I was spotting, or the day that I had full on AF?

First day of red bleeding is AF. Spotting is considered the end of previous cycle. If you have spotting every cycle. Try taking B complex.
