i was wondering the same thing and then found this on the "official everything you wanted to know" thread
..."For your OPK BD plan, you might want to BD every other day starting on CD 8, and then BD the day you get your +OPK and the following 2-3 days."

OPKs for me were very reliable so we tried to BD every day for 3 days starting the day of the positive OPK, but with DD, we only BD once that week, and it worked

I can't see that being right though, because i'm on CD12 and i haven't gotten a smiley. So CD8 and CD10 would be a waste!
