DTD and TTC
This might be a dumb question, but what is the benefit of DTD every OTHER day instead of every day when it's the right time of the month?
Sorry....I'm new to this. FH and I will start TTC in a few months and I'm trying to understand it all.

Because sperm can survive for more than 5 days and the days in between give the guy a chance to regenerate and release healthy sperm again. I mean, DTD everyday won't hurt but it also won't help more than every other day.

DTD and TTC
I read every other day if your partner has a lower than normal count. Also read there is no evidence that shows every or every other is more effective in healthy individuals.
