Just got a postcard in the mail that he is leaving the practice as of 8/1
He's going to be in the same building in Suite 9.

The post card doesn't list the name of the other practice but there is a phone number to his new office. 516-683-6800
I like all the Drs but he is prob my favorite one there so I might consider leaving with him.

Yeah, I got it too. I never liked him anyway so unless it becomes really hard to get an appt I'm not going anywhere.
