I go to him and I love him! Second time now. Just beware, the nurse is super strict.

I go to him as well. I love him and his office. I hate the wait time sometimes. He's worth it though.

Re: Dr Franchina in Babylon?
It went well.
I really liked him and his office staff.
Spot on about the strict nurse. She's way more conservative than he is.
I need to ask him the percentage of his patients who have been induced.... That's my main concern. I want to avoid an induction and/or c-section at all costs.

If this helps, he did my c/s. Not an emergency, it was planned bc I had a blood clot issue and TIA episode at 28 weeks and bedrest after that. My c/s recovery was amazing. Nothing like I've heard other women complain about at all. He said he doesn't cut through muscle? Not sure exactly, but he was a great surgeon. You'll see how professionally laidback he is. He seems to follow the patient's wishes. I asked him how late I would go before being induced (before my c/s was planned) and he told me at least 41 weeks. I just completely trust him and use the same pediatrician he uses for his own kids. GL! Oh and the nurse will harrass you if you don't drink 45 gallons of water a day
