DPO ques.
I know this has probably been asked a hundred times before but when do you start counting DPO? The day you get your smiley or the day after? TIA

I usually start the day after I get a + or smiley...since it says you "o" 12-36 hrs after a +...

I got a + opk on Tuesday and Wednesday but got a - OPK today so I am going to count today as 1 DPO

It should be 2 days after you get your smiley.
Because you are counting the 1 day PAST ovulation. Therefore when you got the smily face - you ovulated within 24 hrs....( the next day) and then u can't the day after as 1DPO.
For me- I got my positve OPK on MONDAY. I most likely ovulated on TUESDAY. Therefore my 1DPO was WED.

Thank you! Ok so I got my Smiley on Saturday, most likely ovulated on Sunday so Monday was 1DPO. UGH so today is only 4DPO..
