Double stroller that fits through doors
I originally wanted a tandem double stroller, but haven't been thrilled with any design for various reasons. I had originally vetoed the side by side bc I do alot of walking and thought it wouldn't even fit on the sidewalk properly, now I am reading that is not true. So any side by side that is user friendly especially for walks, food shopping, trips, getting into the car etc...

We have a very wide side by side... But it is as wide as a wheelchair, so fits everywhere.
It is the joovy x2. Very inexpensive & otherwise worked well.

Double stroller that fits through doors
I like the quick fold/ light ones for getting in and out of the car - I have the Britax B agile double. It fits through most shop doors as long as it's aimed straight in. I have trouble shopping with it sometimes because the racks are too close together. Occasionally I have trouble getting in and out of the store - couldn't get into a bagel store once because they had a newspaper rack parially blocking one side of the door and the other door locked and I really wanted a bagel :( couldn't get through checkout lines once so I had to go out the entrance. I usually bring my single stroller to doctors offices because the rooms can be small.

I think most side by sides fit through a standard for bc they're within the same measurement of a wheelchair. I have the bagile double and I really like it although I don't use it too often. Easy fold, great basket access, great canopy, couldn't be easier to push.

I had/have bumbleride indie twin. It was by far the best side by side. No issue fitting through doors, seats fully reclined, canopies are huge

The only ones I've found that may not are the true jogging strollers with the big back wheels (like the 10" ones) I borrowed one from a friend and didn't like it at all

I love mine. The only places I have had a problem is in children's clothing stores (but, I also have a problem in there with my single Maclaren as well - you would think they wouldn't put the racks so close together).

We have this one too. Great design but we have had problems with the wheels going flat.
