double stroller for toddler and newborn help

I am looking at strollers, i have a 3 year old dd who is around 35lbs and a new baby coming in september..i really want a strolller where DD can get strapped in - she likes to try to escape lol..all the strollers i see are up to 40lbs, im afraid to get this bc she will outgrow it so fast - any recs on a good, not to $$$ double stroller that isnt just a sit and stand only? tia!

My boys are 14 months apart and I have the indie bumbleride twin and we are very happy with it. Sorry, I'm not sure of the weight limits though.

I just got the baby trend sit and stand double. It has a second seat for my 40 lb. almost 4 y.o that is detachable, so he can sit or stand. weight max is 80 lbs hth

we have a valco baby jogger.. 45lbs each seat or total of 90lbs. it has an attachment for an infant carrier.

its side by side, but its sooo easy to steer. i find tandums heavy and hard to steer.

DS will be 3 in Aug (we got it when he was 2) and LOVES it... he actually believe it or not will fall asleep in it and doesnt mind sitting

how do u like this one so far? it is so hard when you read all the reviews for every stroller? i was just looking at it online and was thinking it may be a good option..thanks!
