Dollar Tree Tests
How reliable are Dollar Tree PG tests? Am I better off using FRT tomorrow AM at 10dpo?

Re: Dollar Tree Tests
I did a ton of research on them and they are very reliable from what I saw.

Re: Dollar Tree Tests
YES!! Use them - I didn't want to spend a lot of money on tests - so I got a bunch of dollar tree ones and would use them - when I got the faintest of lines - I think pulled out the expensive one and got a BFP - I thought they were pretty sensitive b/c my line was darker with them - than it was with the expensive test

Re: Dollar Tree Tests
Yeah, I’ve also heard they are very reliable and very sensitive, but I went through five of them, all BFN, AF still late and finally decided to break down and test on a first response and got a BFP, so I’ve kicked my $ tree addiction…

Re: Dollar Tree Tests
I used them to test from 11DPO - 13DPO when I got my BFP. I then went out and bought a digital and the word Pregnant came right up.

See, that makes me wonder. I have tested yesterday and today (9dpo and 10po) and both BFN. I am wondering if I should test with FRT too.

Yeah, I got the BFNs from 9DPO through 14DPO with them. I didn’t think AF was coming, but the tests said negative, so I just waited. I waited 4 more days and was like “this is ridiculous, I’m testing with a real test” and sure enough….however, FWIW, the test they used to confirm at the dr. looked just like the dollar tree tests, so maybe I just didn’t have a high enough concentration of HCG yet. I ended up miscarrying….not sure if one has to do with the other…good luck!!

I am sorry for your loss
I guess I'll be testing with FRT tomorrow just to be sure.

Re: Dollar Tree Tests
I did a FRER thig mornign and got a faint positive and a dollar tree at 1 pm with a 3.5 hour urine hold and it is fainter than the FRER but that might be because it is not FMU and i'm only 11 DPO......
