Let's say you have a doggie door and an alarm system on your house that is motion detected...how does that not cause a conflict?

They put the motion detectors upside down I believe so they are higher.

Depends on the weight of your dog. Our dog is 75lbs and will set the motion detector off. Our alarm guy told me smaller dogs are ok and do not...

It depends on what we are doing. There are options.... -disarm the sensor on the floor the dog is -disarm all sensors and keep doors/windows on only -keep the dog in a bedroom and you can keep all sensors on

It depends on the weight of the dog. My DH does alarms and said there are motion detectors for dogs up to 40 lbs and for up to 100 lbs.

My dogs are 80 and 60 lbs and when they installed it they put the sensor level at a certain hieght where they would never be at. I also had to blcok the staris off becuase if they walk up the stairs it will set off the alarm.
