Does your DH make you heavier?
I try and take responsiblity, but he is such an enabler. 
Last night I got home from work, said I was hungry(meaning I am going to go cook) he says oh here-and pulls out a hersey bar from his bag. WT F?
He buys my favorite ice cream all the time. He says he loves me and wants me to be happy and thinks it is unfair that I have to watch what I eat. I said it is unfair that I have to watch you eat. I know I would be thinner if it wasn't for him.

my BF does make some not-so-healthy choices, which temps me, but over the past months or so I decided I must fight it (during the week) and choose smarter and stop when full.

Last week, Leo calls me when I am on the bus coming home that he wants to order chinese. I say okay, brown rice for me. I get home and there is white rice there. I said they got it wrong....he said no I knew you would enjoy white more. he has no idea.

I wouldn't say he makes me heavier, since I make the choice what I put in my mouth. But, I was never a big dessert person and he eats it every night. It is hard sometimes to watch him eat stuff that I am trying to stay away from. Although he is good about compromising and not bringing stuff home when I tell him I just can't have it in the house.
I have a harder time with people at work who keep bringing crap in and leave it laying around all day.  I have already heard how much halloween candy is coming in next week as leftovers and I am dreading it.

lol i know what you mean fh is a big guy and he never cares about what he eats ....i try becuase i have a constant battle with my weight , i could say im hungry and he will say what do u want to eat at like 12o'clock at night ...i will say nothing i was just saying im hungry ...he will go to BK, mc donalds wherever.....he is the reason i gained 50 lbs when i was pregnant 3 am taco bell runs lol

i have to say we are the reverse..he tries so hard to lose weight and i just eat and eat and eat....i have super fast metabolism so i don't really have to worry about what i eat. but i support him in what he is trying to do and i can cut back too, it won't kill me

No, he didn't make me heavier.. We actually made EACH OTHER heavier .. because we both have awful eating habits and we both gained a TON since we met...
NOW we are both dieting/working out together and its really so much eaiser helping each other along

I am not kidding and he is totally serious. Last night since I had to stay late, I missed the gym. I called him at work and said I am going home to go on the ellipitcal. He said no need, he will wake me up when he gets home. That it burns 400 calories in 30 minutes....is that number even right?

I think that estimate is on the high side. I think I have to walk about 4 miles to burn 400 calories.

My boyfriend and I both have gained a little weight since we met. He does the no sugar thing and I can't do that, but we both try to watch what we eat now. The difference is I run 5 miles a day, 4 days a week and he does nothing...no fair!

Actually, I have lost a little weight since our wedding and he has gained about 20-25 lbs. I think it helps that I have a job that keeps me moving.
