Does this make any sense? (long)
OK... for my entire life my cycle has been dead on 29 days (to the point where 1-2 days worries me). In Nov 2007, I was due for AF on Nov 2nd. Did not show by NOV11th (had alot going on and didnt realize) Tested. BFN. AF showed on the 28th of Nov ( the ONLY time I was ever more than a few days late) that month and came like the dickens with bad stuff I have never seen (I am thinking I had a chemical, but never had it confirmed, too upset). Got AF again on Dec 17th - tested Jan 22nd - BFP hence my son.
DS was born Sept 17th 2008. OB told me 6 weeks till AF. She showed 6 weeks till the day. Every month after that I was pretty much on schedule, until January: Jan TBAF showed up on the 28th (a few days late). Feb - the 24th March - the 28th
It is now the 27th going into the 28th and I have ZERO signs of her showing at all. Not a cramp, a twindge, NOTHING. There is NO possibility AT ALL of PG. WHat the F*** gives here??? I am starting to get nervous
Any insight?

I'm not sure if my experience corelates to yours in anyway, but after my son my cycles changed, they got a couple days shorter and started with spotting and the flow was lighter. We have been ttc since aug and have had 2 mc's so I have been seeing an re who told me that a pregnancy can trigger things in your body to become active (for me it was a thyroid issue and some other fixable things) has your body changed in any other ways? Dry skin, dry hair, weight loss etc it could be something as simple as hormones like thyroid.

Well I had DS on 9/25/08 and my cycles are CRAZY!! First I bled for 13 weeks straight only to have it stopped by BCP's. Went off BCP's and my cycles have been 35-40+ days I'm convinced pregnancy totally screws up your cycles.

Re: Does this make any sense? (long)
Before having Madelyn, my cycle was boringly predictable at 28 days with O occuring on day 13/14. AFTER Madelyn, my cycle was about 30 days with O happening at around day 20/21.
I haven't gotten AF back yet (still BFing), but I can't WAIT to see what crazy cycles she has in store for me.

Your cycle can change with pregnancy as well as with age. Mine have gotten shorter as I have gotten older, and I am still in my twenties.

Re: Does this make any sense? (long)
Ok, I just started spotting today ( the 29th) It seems my cycles are getting longer by 1-2 days instead of shorter now. I am so confused. This sucks!!!! Hoe will I ever be able to TTC again if I cant even track my frigggen cycles?!?!?
I also forgot to add that I knew there was NO chance of preganacy b/c I brown spotted for 5 days during "o"time!
Do you think I should call the doc?
ETA - this is especially frustarting because I was fine, right on schedule for the first 3-4 mos after DS
