do you mean a blood HCG/Beta test? All HPT's are HCG tests, but they register the amount in your urine, not blood. They don't make home blood tests.

I was thinking a preg test, but if my beta dropped not sure it would show a BFP or not

The only way to find that out would be a blood test, and those are only done by phlebotomists.

Good idea, unless it's really low to begin with, they'll probably test you a few times (that's what they did with me, until it went down to 6).
