Does this count as walking independently?
Emily has been cruising for MONTHS...
standing on her own w/out support for 2 months...
and I swear she's just nervous to walk because she'll take half a step and then go down on her knees and crawl...
So my BIL got her the popcorn push toy for her birthday and she walks fine with it...
It doesn't offer support --- in fact I think it actually might take more coordination to push it because it's just a little toy ...
So does this count??

I would say yes...Go Emily!
and I would also count those blessings that she isn't fully walking yet...I have had more than several near heart attacks in the last month and half since Bella officially started walking/running...I thought I had more time! Everyone preps you that babies may not walk until like 14-15 months...nobody thinks about the opposite...

I would say Yes. Sidney has been walking since 10.5 months and she can't seem to master the popcorn toy yet at 15 months
