Does hot chocolate have caffeine?
This might be a stupid question....
I have a packet of sugar free hot chocolate and I also have regular hot chocolate.
How much caffeine is in hot chocolate?
I know chocolate has some caffeine in it.... but I have no idea how much... and so I'm assuming hot chocolate has caffeine as well.
I just want to make sure I'm keeping my caffeine intake in check.

chocolate definitely has caffeine in it but I am not sure how much. If you are worried just have one cup and watch everything else you eat today.

Yes, it has 14 milligrams per the below chart.

I've heard the pg women should keep their caffeine intake to under 200 mg a day so you should be fine!

Now i'm enjoying my 14 mg cup of hot chocolate!! And I'm feeling guilt free!!!
Last week I was making hot chocolate at work and I mentioned not drinking coffee bc of the caffeine and the response I got was... well hot cocoa has caffeine in it too. SO I got nervous and had to ask about it!!

I wanted to add that I had a nice hot cup the other night, but I was up that night with the WORST heartburn ever....even worse than when I eat sauce. I wont have any more because of that

First - your kids are THE CUTEST THINGS I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!! Your daughter is GORGEOUS!!!!!!!!! Her eyes!!! Amazing!!! I almost can't wait to see your new baby pics!! haha!!
Normally I have intense heartburn... without being pregnant. But so far my heartburn as kind of subsided..... i'm figuring it will kick back up as I get more into the pregnancy.

stay away from teh sugar and swiss miss has one with marshmellows that is 99.9% caff free thats what i have been drinking
