Does CM change w/age TMI warning

I was off BCP when I was 27 - 28 1/2 and I remember [HUGE TMI WARNING ]

my CM was very thick, milky in color and there was a TON of it each month. I went back on BCP @ 28 1/2 that changed. It was very light, less of it. Now @ 33 I have been off BCP since the end of August. I get CM but is nothing like it was back then.

Do you think maybe its b/c my body hasn't regulated yet off BCP or b/c I am older and my body changed???

I was thinking about this the other day..

Women are at their peak for fertility at 23 to 25.. so a lot of CM, and then after 27 - 28 it comes down a bit more.

I would just drink tons of water, and grapefruit juice.. honestly, healthy eating and excercise can help!

I honestly cant remember how it was when I was younger! I am in my early 30's now and I still get EWCM for 2-3 days.

I have noticed a lot less EWCM since I have been TTC though. I guess I am using it all up during the marathon!
