Does anyone know how to make lemon potatoes that you find at greek restaurants?
I would love the recipe. They are so yummy!

My recipe is similar to the above posters. When I make it in the pan with a roast chicken I don't add chicken stock. If not, I use it. They really come out awesome!

Recipe
This is similar to the recipe we use in my family. We also usually make them with chicken or lamb and put the potatoes on the sides of the pan so they get some of the flavor from the meat. So yummy!

I don't follow a recipe, but I make awesome ones! I always serve them with bbq lamb and greek salad.
Usually I cut up the potatoes, put them in a deep baking tray with two squeezed lemons, lots of crushed garlic, lots and lots of olive oil, and add like a pint of boiling water. I put them in the oven on like 400 and give the kids a bath and put them to bed. When they are sleeping, the poatoes are usually done! lol!

In addition to wha others mentioned above, my grandmother puts about a half can (small) of tomato sauce over the potatoes. I can live on those potatoes!
