Does Anyone Have This Trash Can?
The SimpleHuman Deluxe Trash Can / Recycling combo?
Pros? Cons? I need a new kitchen trash can. The one we have is a white plastic one, and it's disgusting. And I also need something for our recyclables (right now we collect them on the kitchen counter and then bring them out). I'd love something that's a combo, but not sure if it is big enough then for both.
ETA: the pic looks small, but it says the "trash" side is 30L and the "recycle" side is 16L - so a lot bigger than it looks.

I don't have it, but it looks really small. I would also fill up that recycle section way too quickly and some stuff wouldn't fit (milk carton, etc...)

I have a similar simple human can but with no recycle part and its small. Also, I now hate stainless steel cans, they show tons of fingerprints from my LO!

That was my concern, but it says it holds 30L on one side and 16L on the other.

we have it in our laundry room. the recycle side fills up WAY too quickly. but that's coming from ppl who generate 10-12 recyclable items per day. i'd say depends on your habits.

Agreed! I have a stainless steel trash can in my kitchen and there's fingerprints on the lid and nose prints from the dogs.

Same here - I bought it because it looked hard to open compared to what we had before (but, he figured it out!)
I have a round can but, use regular Glad garbage bags and I feel like I have a lot of room leftover in the bag when the can is full (I am too cheap to buy the SimpleHuman bags).
