Does anyone have a Dyson
and HATE it???
When I got it - I loved it and now I want to throw it out the window - I hate it!!!!
I spend more time trying to clean the dog hair out of it - then it takes me to vacuum 
I called Dyson and they told me I can bring it somewhere for them to look at it - but if it isn't something that isn't a manufacturing problem - they will charge me for it

What do you mean by cleaning the dog hair out of it?
Here's a couple places that should be checked from time to time.
My friend checked hers and found a couple pencils stuck in the U-Bin.

I'm not sure what you mean either, about cleaning the dog hair out of it. I have 2 cats and a dog and absolutely love mine. Maybe something is caught somewhere and clogging it.

Well, I love it, but time to time I need to take the bottom part off and clean that "roller" thingy. It is annoying but you can't beat the suction and stuff. It's mostly my long hair caught in there anyway

We have a yellow one at work and hate it. The suction stinks. I have a Kenmore Progressive at home that I love.

Check all the hoses, and make sure nothing is stuck in it.

Thanks so much! I will look into this tomorrow.
What I meant was that I have to take the panel off the bottom, clean the brush (actually cur the dog hair off) and then I have to clean out ALL of the dog hair that is around the bolt that holds the belt on. It isn't easy to get in there and takes me forever.
I have to do this EVERYTIME I use the vacuum, which is everyday since I have a long haired Golden Retriever that sheds like crazy.
I have the DC17 - and I have had it with it

Oh, you have a long hair dog. Yes the rollers can be a problem with long hair dogs.
Try something for me next time you vacuum. Turn off the beater-bar and vacuum with the suction only and see if it works for you.
By the way. Do you have wall to wall carpet or wood floors?
