Does anyone have a barnes and nobles membership?
Im trying to buy things online for my class (they LOVE a particular author and love when i get the little stuffed animals that go with the books)
The site says I can get it cheaper with a membership...does anyone know how i get a membership and if theres anyone who might give me their membership # to use just this once that would be awesome! TIA!

Go to B&N, show them your UFT card/recent paystub and you'll get their teacher card which gives you 20% off.

I'm a b&n member. If you want to become one it's $25 for the year. I'll FM you with my member # but I don't think they'll let you use it because it's linked to my online account, but it can't hurt to try it.

i just got my card out so i could give you my number, but there's no number on it. it just says 20% off educator's discount card.
all it has is a store # and the validation dates

it turns out that i dont think it will work! Thanks anyways! I gotta go into the store and get the educators discount its just annoying that i havent found what i wanted in the stores! oh well!

They might be able to order them for you through the store and ship them directly to you or you can pick them up. A friend of mine gets them shipped to school.

Yes and if they don't have what you want, they usually waive the shipping fees too.
