Does anyone cook with a Deep Fryer?
Is it really a healthier way of cooking in all that oil?

I didn't think so.. I was changing channels and saw the Wolfgang deep fryer on the HSN channel and the host said it's healthy if it's cook correctly in the right temperature..

Deep fried food is not going to be healthy but I do think it's healthier to use a deep fryer then a fry pan with a lot of oil. I have one of those rotating basket fryers - the food cooks faster then in a pan and doesn't sit in the oil.
