Is it any better or different than "Parenting"?
Thanks.

i get both, its different then parents. A bit more trendy, I guess you could say. I think Parents has more information.

Its different. The articles are longer. There is usually an article about a celebrity mom. The clothes and ads are upscale.

It is different. A bit more content and a bit more depth to the content IMO.

Re: Does anybody read "Cookie" magazine?
I used to get it, but stopped it. I didn't feel like I really related to it. Some of the articles were interesting, but I felt like everything featured in there - clothes, home furnishings, gifts, etc. were WAY out of my price range.
IMO, it's more of a magazine for moms looking to get their groove back, like a Fashion magazine for moms, where Parenting is more about caring for your children with activities and advice. They are really in different catagories.

Thanks everyone. I received a good offer in the mail for it, but didn't want to subscribe if it was duplicative. I'm still not sure if I will.

Its different-personally I think Family fun is the best followed by Parenting. Cookie is nice to breeze through but more high end in products... I find the others more practical.

Re: Does anybody read "Cookie" magazine?
It's much more about fashion for mamas and kids than info about parenting issues, so it depends what you are looking for. I got a free subscription when dS was born, but never renewed, it just wasn't for me.
