Doctor's appointments?
I saw my OB/GYN less than a year ago for a yearly pap. At that appointment I told her how I would be ttc in about 6 months. She wrote me a script for prenatal vitamins. Now that time has come to start ttc. Is it necessary for me to see her again? She didn't say anything at the pap about it. I'm just wondering?

I made an appt as soon as we started ttc just bc i have a very irregular cycle so i want her to try to figure out what is wrong with me. I know alot of people don't go to the doc until they get a BFP though.

i am in the same situation as you. i got the rx filled but have not set up another appointment with my dr. i figured, if she wrote me the rx, she probably wasn't expecting to see me again until my next scheduled visit. unless you have concerns or questions, i don't think another visit is necesary.

she knows you were planning on trying if there were any concerns she would have mentioned it then,
as long as your cycles are normal i wouldn't worry and wait till your next yearly pap unless of course you get a bfp before then or if something unusual happens

When I was TTC with DD doc gave me my pre-natal vitamins and told me that unless I got the BFP or had any problems he didn't need to see me again for a year.
