with a little white sweater over it maybe?
it's so cute! All the dresses I have seen are all sleeveless.

That's adorable@ I think it would definitely work.
ETA: Kohl's has a similar dress on clearance right now. They only have it in size 2T but it's $6.00.

That is absolutely adorable and I think it's fine for October. I'd try to find a bolero style sweater to wear with it so that bow doesn't get hidden. I saw cute ones at The Children's Place in the spring, maybe they'll have them in the fall. Last fall my Mom got one for DD at Osh Kosh.
