Do you think Preseed is good?
I've posted a similar post on PG board but that one had a poll. Do you think that Preseed really helps? We used if for the first time last month with no luck, and plan on using it this cycle as well, but wanted to make sure that it really helps and not hurts. Any thoughts? Thanks!

I use it because I dont have a lot of CM...so I think it helps. I used it for 2 cycles and nothing.... I hope 3 times a charm lol!!

The cycle I used we got pregnant. I also had an IUI so who knows if it was the Pre-Seed or the IUI or all the BD'ing but it can't hurt. Either way....9 months later I had my DD.

This is the first month I've used it. No AF yest but eveytime I've tested it's been BFN! Time will tell!

I used to think it was magic goo in a tube. But then I did some more reading.
Pre-seed doesn't hurt sperm. If you're a little dry before you O, it'll help make BDing more comfortable. EWCM has to be inside the cervix for sperm to be able to swim to the egg. Pre-Seed doesn't get inside the cervix. Things like green tea, grapefruit juice, and some herbal supplements can increase internal EWCM. Good luck!!

I was thinking it was magic goo too!  I guess we just get our hopes up. TTC month after month gets upsetting so we want that "magic pill" like thing that will get us PG instantly. Oh well!
Anyway, you mention some things that will increase EWCM internally. How do you "use" these? I thought I heard that Green Tea is not good and actually bad for TTC?  I can't drink Grapefruit juice, don't like it at all. Any other suggestions? Thanks!

Anyway, you mention some things that will increase EWCM internally. How do you "use" these? I thought I heard that Green Tea is not good and actually bad for TTC? I can't drink Grapefruit juice, don't like it at all. Any other suggestions? Thanks!
I stopped drinking coffee and replaced it with a cup of green tea in the morning. Read any study that says green tea is "bad" and in the fine print it mentions that drinking 6 CUPS OR MORE could cause a problem. Since most of us don't drink it by the gallon, it's ok.
Grapefruit juice is supposed to mkae the body more alkaline and sperm-friendly. I like it (esp the pink or Ruby Red kinds), so it was easy to sub grapefruit juice of OJ.
The combination of cutting back caffeine, drinking a cup of green tea, staying hydrated and the grapefruit juice made a HUGE difference in EWCM this month. JMO though.

the month i got my BFP i was taking mucinex for a sinus infection.

I used it and got my bfp that same cycle. I didn't have a lot of CM so I figured I needed something extra to help the little guys out!
