Do you think it's worth accepting paypal for ebay?
I never realized that they take out a fee And it's not a low fee either.
Do you think it is worth it to go through paypal for ebay items you are selling?

YES,as a seller by using paypal you are protected - you can't get scammed with a bounced check or someting like that.
As a buyer, I would not buy from someone who did not go through paypal, so you might lose many potential buyers if you do not accept paypal for payment. Paypal also allows buyers to use credit cards to pay you.

I will not buy or sell on ebay unless PayPal is used. Defitinitely worth it IMO.

definitely! it is the most trustworthy source of payment IMO. that is the only payment method I accept.
I usually tack on a few extra dollars for shipping in order to cover the listing and paypal fees.

I only use Paypal for buying or selling.
I accepted a personal check...once....and that was the LAST time!!  got screwed out of money and then had to relist my item

As a buyer, I bought a couple of things with a money order and I was a bit uncomfortable, because I thought "what if I never get the item?" I did not want to send a personal check with my bank acct. info on it. I'll just buy from someone else.
As a seller, I wouldn't do it any other way. I don't have the time or patience to wait for someone's check to clear.

the good thing with paypal is they will back you up with a dispute.
my brother puchased a PSP on ebay and the description said BRAND NEW. when he got it it was clearly used.
we got our money back minus shipping.
