do you think 2.5 is too young for disney?
some people say yes and some people say no. What do you think. I know my son would like the chracters and the fanfare but would he be able to go on anything? Would it be too much for him?

IMO, it is not too young.
We took our kids at 14 months old and again at 26 months old.
You cna't go on anything but there is so much to do with them at that age. My boys had a great time.

Being a Disney freak I say Disney is great for any age!!! Andrew will be 2 1/2 when we go and I can't wait. He loves "Mouse" and I can't wait to see his little face when he meets him.

I don't think it's too young! There are a lot of family rides that you go on with him and a lot of shows to see that are family oriented.

this is why we are going to wait till they are at least 4 or 5. If I am spending all this $$$$ on this trip, I want them to really enjoy it and remember it.

I just went with my 21 month old. You can go on alot of rides with them and my DD loved all of the characters. She hugged all of them. We plan on going when she is older as well. If you have the $$ now I say do it!!!

Re: do you think 2.5 is too young for disney?
We took Emily over the summer when she was 22 months old and she LOVED it. She actually LOVED the airplane, loved the hotel with the big pool, and LOVED LOVED disney and all of the other parks we went to. She still talks about it to this day, about the rides (there area SOOOOO many she was able to go on!), the characters, and everything else that we did and saw there. I would take another child at that age in a HEARTBEAT!

Re: do you think 2.5 is too young for disney?
My son was 2 when I took him for the first time. He had a great time, even though he wasn't a fan of the characters all dressed up, but a few years later he still doesn't like them, so I think it's just him!
I say go for it!
