Do you send a thank you card
for Christmas presents that are mailed to our house for Marron from people that we won't see for the holidays? I feel like I should be sending one, but don't know if it's expected, or what other people do. These are gifts from grandparents, great-grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc.

Is it OK to send another one of the photo (pre-printed) cards, or should it be a hand-written one?

I always keep blank note cards in the house now (never was like that before). You'll feel so much better to write one out and just send it right away. depending on who it is you could just call too.
